Family Time .....

Good morning how are you? Are you a fan of multiple photo layouts or a good single photo layout? Well I have you covered for both ... sometimes you need one good photo to tell the story.... other times like the first story there are many photos that need to tell the whole story and sometimes they are  just too cute to cull.

Hello there,
How are you today? I trust you are keeping well and I am so happy you have come by the Scrapmatts blog today.

I have a layout and a card to share with you.

I had a really special photo of my Daughter and her Fiance and my Granddaughter that I wanted to frame on my page.. So I looked in my Scrapmatts and found the gorgeous  Hanging Hearts Chipboard that I thought would be perfect!! Let me share some closer views to highlight the lovely Scrapmatts products I have used..

I popped a few stencilled Hearts on my back ground

I covered the chipboard hearts with paper that had been embossed to add some texture..

And my photo that is framed by this gorgeous Scrapmatts Heart Frame.. It is simply painted white with white gesso with some pretty pink rhinestones glued randomly around the frame.. I used string to attach the other hearts and make little bows on the frame..

To make the photo fit inside the frame I used the heart as a template to draw on my photo and then I cut my photo out..

It is then a matter of layering the photo between the frame and the heart backing chipboard..

And the Scrapmatts title completes my layout..

And I created a simple card that I would like to share with you.

I like cards that are reasonably flat so they can be posted.. I have colored the Rose chipboard with black to make them a feature.. They are so intricate and pretty.. a few mauve rhinestones to add a little pop of sparkle and match the flowers..

EPIC LEGENDARY LAYOUT

Hello Scrapmatters.

I hope you are all safe and well and had a fantastic Mother's Day.

Today I am with you on the blog sharing my layout I completed recently using Scrapmatts Chipboard.

This layout features my not so little 'baby'. 

He turned 21 yesterday.

Loving these Moments Layout - Crece T

Hello Scrapmatts friends and Happy Mother's Day. Today I'm sharing with you a layout I created with a photo of my Mum and I.

Loving These Moments

I dont have too many photos of my mum, which is something I am trying to change. My Mum HATES having her photo taken... Capturing moments of her is a very hard task, she will turn around as soon as she sees a camera out...hands go up to cover her when the phones come out. So on those rare moments she will agree to having her photo taken you just have to jump on it!

Below are a few close ups...

I used CB6092 Ornate Frame 20 and coloured it using  Tinby Designs Colour Crush Powder in Grape.

Here you can see the stenciling I did using Stencil 9070 Diamonds and Pearl embossing Paste by Dreamweaver. After applying the embossing paste, I like to use a heat gun to make the paste bubble, It creates some great texture.

I always make sure I have a supply of CB1158 Butterflies 20 in my Scrapmatts chipboard stash.24 Butterflies ranging in size come in this pack and make a great little addition to your projects.

Sometimes just adding a few Scrapwords to your project is a simple finishing touch. Here I used the words Cherish Beautiful Memories.
