Hello dear friends of

For me, from this point in the year the months just seem to zoom by and before I know it Christmas is upon us!
I'm starting off August with, (YES! Christmas creations...eeek!)
Maybe this is the year I might be more organized.......?
(But, I highly doubt it!)

Here is what I made...

Scrapmatts products used;

I have also random chipboard circles which have come from the circle mesh....

I do hope you have been inspired by my first creations for Christmas 2017
( No,doubt there will be more!)

Layout and card

Hi everyone! I'd like to share my latest works with Scrapmatts chipboards.
As soon as I saw that pretty cicle frame with the stars I started to think of ways to use it. It's so cute! And finally I decided to make another layout of my parent's dog. I've done lots of pages about him, but he's such an adorable puppy...

The frame is the CB5138 String Circles 02, and I also used CB6103 Scrap Words 21 and a bigger star from CB5119 Hanging Stars 02

Besides from this layout I also made a christmas card. This year I want to make sure I'll have all my cards on time, so I started pretty early ;) Here I used CB1225 Pine Sprig 01

Making can be fun for everyone

Anne here to share with you a little making fun.
This year, for teacher's gifts, I had my boys help me make them.
The fantastic hanging star kit was the basis for my teachers gifts.
I got the boys to ink and glue the stars and then write a note to their teachers.
Here are some pics of you youngest making his star.

"so what colour is this?"

Then I put these together in a frame and created a little thank you.

The star is attached to rope, which is stapled in the top of the frame, so it actually moves in the Shadow box.

Then I have created the following design for the Black with 2 challenge this month.

I have incorporated some Ball-balls and The words Christmas Blessings.

Thanks for looking and I hope you get to do some Making soon.

Novembers Offerings

Hello Scrapmatts fans!
Renee here with some early November creations using some awesome Scrapmatts Chippies! I am sharing quite a few projects with a touch of Scrapmatts.

Silent Night Hanging Star

This was a super fun and easy project that I created in a about an hour. I have used the new: CB5119 Hanging Stars 02 kit.

Next up here's a layout I created of Anne and I.

I Think We May Have To Start Scrappers Anonymous

One this one I have used CB4010 Butterflies 03 and simply inked with chalk ink then sealed with a coat of glossy Mod Podge.

This next layout I created for the WW1 challenge blog last month:

Love

I have used the front piece of the CB8005 Layered Frame 03 and simply snipped out the middle section and painted it up. I then punch holes around the edges and threaded a strand of pearl thread through.

The following layout features another awesome frame that I have snipped.

Pretty

I have used: CB6090 Ornate Frames 18 which I have painted black to help draw focus to the photo.

I hope you are inspired to get creating with your little bits and pieces of Scrapmatts chippie!

Hi there! I'd like to share some works made with Scrapmatts chippies. First I'd like to show you a mixed media canvas with a gorgeous chipboard star. I did lots of painting, inking and stamping and it was really fun.

I used CB1180 Snowflakes 03 and CB5119 Hanging Stars 02

I also want to share this christmas card. I loved that frame since the first time I saw it, so I decided to use it as focal point with the image.

I used CB6092 Ornate Frame 20 and CB1225 Pine Sprig 01
