Inspiring works by Elena Smoktunova

Hello dears!
Today I will show you two inspiring projects! One fully mixed media and other classic scrapbooking!
This is a vintage style canvas, very beautiful, completely made in mixed media
Here I painted my favorite chipboard with silk paint!

This photo shows what kind of paint I used

In my opinion it is a very beautiful vintage

Now I'll show you two turns in a beautiful autumn album!

Here I left my lovely chipboard raw, it's so beautiful!

Something Old & Something New!

Hello & Welcome, Fi here today sharing with you all two mixed media layouts.

I challenged myself this month to go through my stash and use one of the papers I've had in there years and by mixing with new products who would know that this background paper was probably purchased in 2005.

Up first is my 2005 background paper, as well as these lovely Scrapmatts flourishes that I have give a coat of crackle paint.

I have also used in the background one of the Scrapmatts Templates along with the crackle medium.

Up the next is a pic I took from my daughters Instagram account.

I love this selphy of her and my Nephew taken when he came over for her 21st.

I've used the Scrapmatts Assorted Words 29, these have been embossed and stamped.

Close ups show how I've used both the String Circles as well as the chains,  these have been painted with crackle paint.

I have linked all the products below to the Scrapmatts Website.

Thank you for joining me today and I will see you back here next month.

Framed Xmas

Good Morning
Today I am sharing my Framed Xmas project with you.

This project was inspired by our very own Sophie.
I seen her version on display at the Scrapmatts stand and just loved it, so I wanted to do my version of it.

Here are a few pictures of the frame.

I have left most of the chipboard pieces raw, but to add some colour on some of the pieces I have used some fine tipped markers.

The papers used are Letters to Santa from Kaisercraft.
To colour the snowflake I have used the Picket Fence Distress Paint Dabber.

For the scallop frame pieces, I punched the edges with the EK Tools Dotted Scallop Punch.

The glitter on the chipboard and frame was added with a Zig Stella Glitter Brush.
Flower and pearl brads are from my stash.
Ribbon from Kaszazz.

Here is a list of the products used which you can find in the store.
