Delightful

I am so excited as this is my very first post on Scrapmatts new blog! Not only do we have a new blog but as you may have already seen we have some new chipboard to play and some cute little charms!

I have created this card by using one of the fabulous new ornate frames (CB6093 Ornate Frames 21) and used the delicate little padlock charm (CH020 Lock #3).

I have used a bronze distress stain to colour the chipboard ornate frame
(CB6093 Ornate Frames 21) and the roses (CB1202 Roses 02) to add to the
romantic vintage feel.

"Forever" tag

I have used lots of chipboard goodies for this tag.
Firstly, I have embossed the chipboard tag (CB3007 Tags 03) using an embossing folder and cuttlebug, then covered the tag with distress paint and misted with glimmer mists.

I have painted the flags (CB5101 Flags 02) in distress white, stamped in black ink, used distress ink on edges and then layered together .
I love the versatility of the little gears (CB1078 Gears 05), I have also painted them with distress paint and placed behind other layers to add interest. I finished the tag off with a little butterfly (CB1028 Butterflies 18)  and words.

"Happiness Captured"

My last project that I would like to share with you this month is a layout of one of my nieces.

I have used the stunning Window Set in white mist (CB5102 Window 02), roses (CB2023 Roses 01) and title from the chipboard words (CB4061 Assorted Words 17) which I have heat embossed with gold.

I hope that you get a chance to get creative yourself.
We would love to see what you create with Scrapmatts goodies, all you have to do is to go to our  gallery and load your creations!

Thanks for stopping by.
Tracey
