The first is a very special card created for a special young couple who begin life as husband & wife, today!

 Wishing Keira & Zac a lifetime of happiness and I hope you both have a truly wonderful day!

 Loved creating this layout using the awesome prompts created by CSI along with the wonderful sketch!

Our middle daughter, Madison has started at university this year.....Time for her to fly on her own now.

This layout is of my two gorgeous grandsons, Flynn & Angus.

I truly adored the visual prompt for this Case File and I used it as my inspiration.

Mid-year......Already?!

Hello friends of SCRAPMATTS..... 

Wow! Halfway through 2016, already......crazy!

Kim here to share with you a layout created using some of my favourite products from

My project this month is made using 2 stencils from the NEW STENCIL range & also some of the amazing chipboard pieces available in the the Scrapmatts online store.

Here is my layout....

AUTUMN FUN 

 My gorgeous little grandson, Flynn......having a splashing good time!

Cheeky Boy!

 A touch of stenciling in the background.

 

I have used the chipboard negative & texture paste to create additional leaves, that are quite thick. I have then sprayed with a combination of Autumn colours, (Lindy's Stamp Gang- steampunk sepia & mango mania and an older Tattered Angels glimmermist in pomegranate). I also used these to colour my Scrapmatts Leaves & words.

Welcome to May!

Hello, dear friends & a very warm welcome to the month of May!

The year is moving along so fast!

Today I want to share with you a card & also a layout.

Here in Australia we celebrate 'Mothers Day' on the 2nd Sunday in the month of May, so I

 thought it would be nice to share with you this Easel card I have made.

 The Scrapmatts Chipboard sentiment really makes this card!

I also had fun creating this layout, using lots of the new stencils, check out the awesome range

 Hubby & I escaping just for a few hours!!!

 

To colour the feathers I have used a combination of 'H2O's, Distress ink & Ecoline ink.

 I have also used this colour combination on my stencil work. 

 

I loved mixing up the stencils & my new favorite stencil would have to be the

lower case alphabet stencil ......how versatile, you can create ANY title you want!
