I love these two layouts that I want to share with you today. I am very lucky to be on two other Design Teams and both of these layouts are for the June challenges.
The first one is for Show Us Your Stuff. This challenge blog is all about handmade elements. The challenge for June is to use two colours together on the colour wheel. Although I love using blue and green on layouts (I am sure you have seen some of those previously), this time I chose to use Red and Orange - I also included a splash of pink.
We hadn't been to the Sydney Royal Easter Show for many many years, so we took the plunge and went. One of our first stops was to have scones and tea at the CWA Stall. They were Yum! As soon as I realised I was wearing an orange tshirt and hubby a red one, I knew I had to get a photo and I would use it for this challenge. The mind of a scrapbooker!
I love combining scrapmatts stencils and chipboard with Colour Blast texture paints and shimmer mists.
I have used:-
ST1013 Stencil Borders
CB5165 Lavender 01
CB5158 Triangles 03
CB1159 Hearts
CB1161 Flowers 11
CB1191 Scrapwords 3
Cb1200 Scrapwords 08
Again this next layout is my DT layout for 123 Challenge Blog. This months challenge is:- the colour White, word Love, technique Bling.
This layout is from our trip to Wineglass Bay in Tasmania. We had such a beautiful day at a truly amazing and naturally beautiful place. I really enjoyed creating a white on white layout with some bling. I have used Snow White Colour paste through a stencil - love the blingy shimmer that it produces, especially on the white cardstock.
I have used:-
ST5033 Stencil Triangles
CB6105 Assorted Words 23
CB6095 Assorted Words 18
CB1209 Scrap Words 12
CB4013 Flourishes 01
Thanks for taking the time to look at my layouts.
I hope they have inspired you.
