October with Helen

Hello and welcome back to Scrapmatts.
It's Helen with you today.

First I'm sharing a layout about our newest Grand Baby with a besotted Pa.
I used a sketch from Laura Whitaker, it's from August 2016.
Scrapmatts generously sponsors her site regularly.

The Family means love title is from Scrapmatts CB6113 Scrap Words 32

I painted the chipboard with white gesso before using pale water colours and
then stamping with flower and leaf stamps.

The flower and leaf cluster is from Scrapmatts CB5166 Leaf Spray 15.

The little gold butterflies are in this collection too.
It's hard to see the ST5030 flower stencil, but it's lovely in real life.

Next up is a masculine card - it could be for a Birthday, Graduation or Father's day.
I sponged some Tim Holt Oxides ink through a stencil ST 9005-A6

I covered an ATC card with water colour paper and used various with
Tim Holtz distress Oxide inks to create the mottled effect.
The Penny Farthing CB 1012 was inked and embossed in black.
The sentiment is from CB1239 Scrap Words 25
