Hello friends!
I will show you beautiful Frame for a photo which goes to set with my fantastic set. I used a lot of beautiful chipboard, have decorated a frame with different details, flowers, have put fantastic fairies! And here my fantastic frame is ready!

At first I will show frame option with volume flowers of handwork. Very effectively looks. But closes all review of my wonderful chipboard.

Now the second option, without flowers. All my chipboard is visible! He is beautiful! I have painted it with paint, that shone and was poured.

The frame is executed in the equipment mixed media. I very much love her!
Who knows me long ago, that saw my numerous projects executed in this equipment!

There is my fantastic set! The fantastic album and a fantastic frame perfectly supplement each other!

Now I will show a notebook small very much! He is located on a hand! Also I will show how it is possible to use the remains of wonderful chipboard!

I used the remains of my chipboard on a notebook cover. I have painted with paint. The excellent souvenir has turned out! He still can be used as a charm!

June inspiration with Irit

Hello my dear crafty friends! Welcome to my June Scrapmatts inspiration.
  Hello my dear crafty friends!
Welcome to my first Scrapmatts project for June.
I always try to make a large project and a couple of smaller ones.
So 12*12'' layout is mostly a MUST and this is my layout for today.
I still continue to scrap my second daughter's wedding day (it will take forever...) and this is her photo with her beloved 3 years old niece.
I used Kaisercrafts paper collection for this page and added quite a few Scrapmatts chipboards as my only other embellishments and used just one chipboard package, but the HUGE ONE: String Circles 06 Roses CB4070

Each chipboard piece was painted with DecoArt paints and then I added quite a thick layer of DecoArt
Crackle glaze over the dry paint.

Some darker paint was added into the dry cracks and you can see the fantastic result on this big rose here:

I also added some clear glitter circles using Scrapmatts 9007 Circles stencil, but it's hard to see on the photo.
You can see a bot of the glitter circles here on this close- up:

Another look at the painted chipboards:

My  second piece is this new  card made with a lot of Scrapmatts chipboards in a very nice pastel colors.
This can be a card for a new home or just the general card with Best Wishes sentiment.
I used Scrapberry's cardstock for the background and then added Scrapmatts frame that was painted with light shabby green paint.
Two housed were painted with more of the shabby paint colors and added over the basic cardstock.
Then each house got a sign: one got this Home arrow sign and the second got the sentiment on the top.
Some flowers were added for the texture and the interest.

And the side view of the card:

And here are a few close- ups to the card:

The last project for today is a  fancy bright altered tag was made with texture background made with Scrapmatts stencil and texture paste and them painted over with liquid acrylic paints.
Each chipboard piece was painted with black acrylic paint and glued over the tag.
The sentiment is from Prickley Pear Rubber stamps.

Let me show you the texture from the side of the tag:

And now to some close- ups of the project:

Telephone Box by Christine

Hello to all our Scrapmatts followers.  I hope you're having a lovely month so far.  I've been creating up a storm with Scrapmatts' gorgeous Telephone Box (CB7012) chipboard set and I'm so excited to share it with you.  Grab a cuppa and I'll walk you through my telephone booth.

Does it seem familiar to you? If it is, then you must be a Dr. Who fan!  It's very much inspired by the infamous Tardis.  It may not be labeled as "Police Box", but the colors and elements on this telephone booth are all Tardis inspired.

Scrapmatts Chipboards: Telephone Box 01 (CB7012), Telephone Dial (CB5115), Circles 02 (CB5152), Sticks 02 (CB5153), Gears 03 (CB1075)

Scrapmatts Stencil: Bubbles (ST5001)

I like how the door is actually designed to open, and the hinges are actually provided for you.

I've painted all chipboard parts with Tattered Angels' High Impact Paint, then added layers of other mediums to add some contrasting blue color and texture.

I've added some Gears chipboard on some sides of the telephone booth, keeping to the Tardis theme.

At the back I've stenciled some black gesso to the Bubbles Stencil to surround the awesome Circles and Gears chipboards.

I went for a mechanical galaxy look and feel throughout the telephone booth, as I've mentioned having Dr. Who's Tardis as the main inspiration.

You may wonder, where is the top cover of this telephone booth? This gorgeous set of chipboard actually does not come with a top cover, because it comes with 4 chipboard tags that you can easily slip in and out from the opening.

In this project I've used 3 instead of 4 chipboard tags, which means I've got a spare tag left for creating.  These tags are also available to purchase separately from the Scrapmatts shop.

I've trimmed 2 of the tags smaller to get different lengths, and used the same paint to color the base of the chipboards tags.

Scrapmatts Chipboards: String Circles 07 (CB4071), Sticks 02 (CB5153), Burnt Cream Scrap Words 24 (CB1238)

Scrapmatts Stencil: Splatter (ST5010), Circle Stains (ST5009), Paint Drips (ST1009)

I then added some stains and drips stenciling on each tag to go with the masculine colors and theme.

The String Circles chipboards enhanced the tags' galaxy theme, along with the versatile Sticks chipboard.  The Burnt Cream Scrap Words were the perfect finishing touch to the each tag, and some extra splattering on top. I just couldn't resist :).

How good do the tags look inside the telephone booth?

I really enjoyed creating this Tardis inspired Telephone booth...it's masculine, mechanical and galaxy theme altogether with splashes of bright color.  It also gave me a wee break from using flowers and I always feel a crafty accomplishment whenever I create a masculine project.

Now I'm ready to give this to my friend who absolutely looooooves Dr. Who.  I hope she likes it as much as I do.  The show has such a clever idea of having a police box that transports you in different places and time.

Thanks for popping in and I hope you enjoyed looking through my Tardis inspired Telephone Booth.  Maybe this has inspired you to create with Scrapmatts' off the page chipboard projects?  There's a good selection to choose from the online shop HERE, along with other Scrapmatts chipboards and stencils.

Until next month.  Keep an eye out for more inspiration from the Scrapmatts team.

Cheers,

All things Scrapmatts by Danielle Vertigan

Hi its Danni here today,
To say things have been hectic is an understatement.
I've lost track of days and months but on the bright side I've enjoyed an
amazing trip exploring this vast country of ours and due to an
injury I just may have snuck is some scrapping as we went.

I've got a bit of a gallery for you today sharing all things Scrapmatts from some of my favourite
layouts.

A flourish can be added to just about anything and boy what a feature do they make
when they are embossed.
Here they are accompanied by the Word Tiles!
These are just one of the most effective little gems.
CB1003 Flourish 04
CB1206 Scrap Words 09

The CB5102 Window 02 was absolutely perfect to showcase this little man.
I removed the ledge and embossed the frame to welcome Beau.
CB6084 Alphabet Flags 01 I left raw and used them as my title.

Who doesn't love string Circles!!
So I've slipped in this piece for a peak.
CB5114 String Circles 01

I had a lot of fun with this one.
Its amazing what we can do with left over pieces.
Particularly when using sets we can often put pieces aside and forget about them.
There to long. not quite right.....
In this layout I have trimmed some down and separated others to wrap around my layout.
This is a great way to utilise your pieces and maximise there effect.
Here I've used
CB4069 Ornate Frames 26
CB4060 Ornate Frames 17
CB4034 Floral Design 01

I have a new favourite stencil!
ST5005
Its featured recently in 2 of my layouts and I just wanted to share how
fabulous it is.
I think the best part is how this stencil creates all the embellishment these layouts needed.

I hope you can take away some inspiration from this and us it on your next project.
